About Hills District Women's Health Physio Clinic
Women’s health physiotherapy is for all the women in our lives, the mums, soon to be mums, sisters, aunties, nanna’s, daughters. It is for each and everyone of us.

Pregnancy Physiotherapy
We treat general musculoskeletal conditions such as Pelvic Girdle Pain (Pubic Symphysis & SIJ Dysfunction), Low Back or Hip Pain, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, and DeQuervains Tenosynovitis.
We also prepare your body and perineum for birth. We discuss perineal massage, birthing positions, pelvic floor exercises, and activity modifications.

Post Partum Physiotherapy
Assisting your body to return to optimal function. We assess your pelvic floor, use live ultrasound to assist in educating you on your abdominal wall integrity and separation(Rectus abdominis diastasis, divarication of the rectus abdominus, abdominal muscle separation). Whether your goal is to return to everyday activities or return to sport, we can implement an individualised program to get you there.


Stress Incontinence, Urge Incontinence, Urgency, Frequency Physiotherapy
We can assist in managing bowel and bladder incontinence, urgency & frequency.
Maybe you are leaking with you cough or sneeze, maybe you are going to the bathroom more than 10 times oer day or maybe you are unable to run more then 5km without leaking. We are abel to help.
Pelvic Organ Prolapse Physiotherapy
Do you feel a heavy sensation around your lower abdominals or the opening to the vagina?
Does it get worse throughout the day or after exercise?
These may be symptoms of a prolapse.
We are able to provide pelvic floor exercises, lifestyle modifications as well as assess and fit pessaries for management.
